A full-time role that blends work and education

This is a full-time position for an Associate Software Engineer that includes a 12-month program to fast-track development in an IT career. You’ll spend the first six weeks in a mix of workshops and team-based projects to learn how we work. The rest of the program you’ll work in your role while attending monthly meetings to network and discuss career pathing.

After one year of continuous full-time employment, you can apply for tuition assistance for college-level courses. The courses need to relate to your job and required for a degree in a field related to H&R Block’s business. Approved courses qualify for pre-tax reimbursement, up to the IRS limit of $5,250 per calendar year (maximum of two classes per semester) according to program provisions.

Yes. You can choose to have your personal income tax returns prepared by an H&R Block Tax Pro or use one of our innovative digital tax prep services. This benefit is for those associates who don’t prepare returns for H&R Block. In addition, H&R Block tax courses are offered to associates at a nominal fee.
